Fluidwell is based in Holland and manufacture a broad range of highly reliable indicators and controllers which are suitable for both safe and hazardous areas, including IECEx approvals.

The units are available with robust IP67 plastic or aluminium enclosures, large backlit display and input configurations to suit just about any type of transmitter or sensor including pulse inputs, 4/20 mA inputs as well as voltage and PT100 inputs.

Installing the units couldn't be any easier as they are available in panel mount, field mount or pipe mount configurations. Power supply options include DC voltage, mains, loop-power or long-life lithium battery.

Comms are also provided for with modbus which is available on most units, and an RS 232 ASCII port enables the flow computer and batch controller to print out data to a standard printer.

FLOW COMPUTERS :

Shows rate and total simultaneously.
Scaled Pulse and 4/20 mA output.
Temperature compensation.

BATCH CONTROL :

1 or 2 stage batch control with automatic over-run compensation. Display shows target and actual volume simultaneoulsy.

LEVEL CONTROL :

With up to 15-point linearization and up to 4 level alarms

TEMPERATURE CONTROL :

Analogue or PT100 input with High/Low alarm output.

FLOWRATE CONTROL :

Maintains constant flowrate according to set point. Auto/Manual with remote input to set output to safe state.

PRESSURE CONTROL :

Analogue input with High/Low alarm output.

RATIO BLENDING :

GAS FLOW COMPUTERS :

Blends two flow streams to achieve correct ratio according to setpoint.

Input from flow meter, pressure and temperature transmitter to calculate gas flow at reference condition.

DIFFERENTIAL/SUM :

Calculates the difference or sum of two flow streams for eg diesel engines. Temperature compensation available.
